2.红莲子30克、红枣30克、桂圆30克、赤小豆90克、冰糖30克。

3.红莲子与赤小豆煮前浸泡2小时以上。

4.锅内放入适量水(建议水与食材比例6:1),大火烧开,放入红豆、红莲子,煮约15分钟。
